Sessions will last about 55 minutes. Both in-person and virtual options are available.
Coverage
We are in-network with the following insurance plans. If you don't see your plan listed, contact us — we may still be able to work with you as an out-of-network provider.
No Insurance? No Problem.
Self-pay (also called private pay) means paying for sessions directly without submitting a claim to insurance. Many clients prefer this option for greater privacy — no diagnosis is required to be reported to an insurance company, and session notes remain entirely confidential between you and your therapist.
Self-pay rates are discussed during your free 15-minute consultation. We believe cost should not be a barrier to care, and we're happy to talk through what works for you.
Using Your Benefits Flexibly
If you have a PPO or out-of-network benefit on your insurance plan, you may be able to see any licensed therapist — including us — and receive partial reimbursement. You pay the session fee upfront, and we provide a superbill (an itemized receipt with billing codes) that you submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Call the member services number on your insurance card and ask: "What are my out-of-network outpatient mental health benefits?" Many clients are surprised to find they have meaningful coverage.
